Next, exercise was discussed. Exercise strengthens our bodies and gives us more energy. It makes us feel happy. There are many activities that you can do. Some examples include walking, running, swimming, dancing, playing sports, and lifting weights. Yoga is another option to increase strength. Yoga is a great way to improve flexibility and your breathing. We should avoid junk food and drink lots of water if we are trying to lose weight.

Finally, let's talk about sleeping. Sleep is an essential part of our daily lives. We become tired and stressed if we don't get enough rest.
