Next, we discussed exercise. Exercise strengthens our bodies and gives us more energy. It makes us feel happy. There are lots of exercises that we can do. Running, swimming, dancing, lifting weights, and playing sports are some examples. Yoga is another great way to build strength. Yoga is a great way to improve flexibility and your breathing. Avoid junk food and drink plenty water if you want to lose weight.
